百年老字號企業傳承機制的實證研究

Abstract

中華老字號品牌企業是具有文化沉澱和百年成長的企業。探尋企業傳承機制及其特性,揭示老字號企業如何在傳承之後具有核心競爭力,在商業競爭中,保證百年品牌長盛不衰,品牌績效強大長遠,這是本研究的目的。本文通過文獻綜述及對五家中華老字號品牌企業進行的田野調研和多案例研究,建立了老字號品牌企業傳承機制的理論模型。本研究通提出了百年老字號品牌企業傳承機制是一個“企業傳承特性——企業核心競爭力——企業持續競爭優勢”的運行轉化過程,在這被轉化過程的鏈條揭秘中,我們總結出企業傳承機制的四個傳承要素,企業核心競爭力的兩大要素以及持續競爭優勢的一個要素。四個傳承要素為企業文化傳承、企業家精神傳承、技術訣竅傳承與傳承制度。兩個核心競爭力要素分別為品牌管理和商業競爭優勢。核心競爭優勢為企業的綜合績效。同時,基於中國的特殊情況,我們引入了企業所有製作為調節變數。

通過與中華老字號工作委員會的深度合作,我們回收了208份有效調研問卷,對問捲進行因數分析,嚴謹地提取了各個變數,驗證了相關假設。我們得出企業的傳承特徵對企業核心競爭力具有正向的促進作用,企業核心競爭力對企業持續競爭優勢具有直接正向促進作用。其中,企業的文化傳承和技術訣竅傳承同時正向促進企業的品牌管理品質和商業競爭優勢的競爭力;企業家精神傳承能正向促進品牌管理的競爭力;傳承機制則能對企業的商業競爭優勢有影響。私有制企業儘管會因傳承機制的複雜性而削弱商業競爭的競爭力,但也獲得了有更強的文化傳承對商業競爭優勢的正向促進作用,並且其商業競爭優勢對績效的正向作用更強。總的來看,國有企業的傳承制度更易執行,但會對企業的文化傳承造成負面影響,進而影響企業業績。
The Chinese time-honored brand enterprise is an enterprise with cultural sedimentation and a hundred years of growth. The purpose of this study is to master the important elements of the inheritance mechanism, to promote the Chinese life-time-honored brand enterprises with core competitiveness in the market competition, to maintain their hundred years of brand reputation, strong long-term brand performance. Through literature review, field investigation and cases study on five Chinese time-honored brand enterprises, this paper built a theoretical model of inheritance mechanism of time-honored brand enterprises. This study presents the century old brand enterprise inheritance mechanism is a "corporate inheritance characteristics -- the core competitiveness of the enterprise, the enterprise competitive advantage" operation transformation process, in the process of being transformed the chain in secret we summed up four, inheriting the elements of enterprise inheritance mechanism, an element of the two elements of enterprise core the competitiveness and sustained competitive advantage. The four elements are the inheritance of enterprise culture, the inheritance of entrepreneur spirit, the inheritance and inheritance system of technical know-how. The two core competitive factors are brand management and market management strategy. The core competitive advantage is the comprehensive performance of enterprises. At the same time, based on the special situation in China, we introduce the enterprise all production as the moderator variable.

Through in-depth cooperation with China Time-honored Brand Working Committee, we collected 208 valid questionnaires, conducted factor analysis on the questionnaire, extracted all the variables strictly, and verified the relevant hypotheses. We draw the conclusion that the inheritance characteristics of enterprises have a positive effect on promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises, and the core competitiveness of enterprises has a direct positive effect on promoting the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises. Among them, the enterprise culture inheritance and know-how and inheritance positive corporate brand management quality and market strategy; entrepreneurial spirit inheritance can positively promote the brand management competence; inheritance mechanism can affect the market management strategy of enterprises. Private enterprises although due to complexity of transmission mechanism and weaken the market competitiveness, but also have stronger positive effect on cultural market management strategy, marketing strategy and its stronger positive effect on performance. The cultural heritage of family enterprises has a stronger positive effect on brand management competitiveness, and also has a direct positive impact on the comprehensive performance of enterprises. On the whole, the inheritance system of state-owned enterprises is easier to implement, but it will also affect the cultural heritage of enterprises.
