The sustainable and high-quality development of housing is of great significance for protecting the natural and living environment, promoting the healthy development of society, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of related industries. As an important carrier of the modernization of the housing industry, prefabricated housing has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, high quality, and high efficiency, which is helpful to comprehensively improve the housing quality and value. The important role of prefabricated housing (PH) in promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of housing has been widely recognized, but the actual choice behavior of relevant participants still fails to meet expectations, which seriously restricts the popularization and application of PH. As a new type of sustainable housing with broad development prospects, PH has much more complicated influencing factors than traditional housing. How to clarify the choice behavior mechanism of multi-agents in PH, formulate an effective incentive and promotion mechanism, improve the enthusiasm of multi-agent to choose, and comprehensively and systematically promote the rapid and standardized development of PH are important issues that need to be solved urgently to promote the sustainable development of China's construction industry. Based on multiple theoretical models and research methods, this research takes PH as the research object, and reveals the network characteristics of constraint factors of multi-agent implementation behavior, the driving path of technology adoption behavior of relevant enterprises, and the evolution process of decision-making behavior of market agents. This research systematically studies the mechanism of multi-agent choice behavior of PH and provides scientific basis for the popularization and application of PH. The main research work includes the following aspects:

(1) By reviewing the existing literature, the related terms and core elements of PH and their research and development situation in various countries and regions are sorted out, and the related research results of obstacles to the implementation of PH, technology adoption of construction enterprises, and multi-agent behavior of housing market are summarized. Based on literature research, this research expounds the feasibility and necessity of systematically exploring the multi-agent choice behavior mechanism of PH, defines the scientific issues of this research, clarifies the research objectives, and discusses the research significance.

(2) Based on the analysis of the meaning and characteristics of PH and the definition of participants, the multi-agent choice behavior of PH is defined, and the connotation of multi-agent choice behavior mechanism of PH is clarified. On the premise of summarizing the theoretical basis of related research in this study, the key elements and components of multi-agent choice behavior mechanism of PH are systematically analyzed. The multilevel theoretical framework is constructed and its supporting effect on the research content is analyzed.

(3) Based on the social network theory, from the perspective of the whole life cycle and stakeholders, a network model reflecting the constraints related to the implementation behaviors of all participants and their interaction in the life cycle of prefabricated housing projects (PHPs) is constructed, which reveals the formation ii mechanism of the implementation dilemma of multi-agent in PHPs. Through reviewing the existing literature, consulting and surveying, constraint factors of the implementation behavior of multi-agent of PH project were identified. Through the focus group meeting (FGM) with experts, the interaction between constraints was quantified. Through the analysis of social network, key constraint factors and important interactions are determined. Based on the results of the network analysis, the main challenges faced by PHPs in China are analyzed in depth, and coping strategies are put forward accordingly and tested for effectiveness.

(4) This dissertation systematically analyzed the action dimension, internal driving force and external influence of organizational adoption path of prefabricated construction technology. Based on the technology acceptance model, combined with the innovative features of the technology-organization-environment framework and innovation diffusion theory, comprehensive theoretical hypotheses for technology adoption driving mechanism were proposed, and the initial conceptual model of the organization adoption path for prefabricated construction (PC) technology was put forward. The data were obtained through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, empirical research methods clarified the key elements and driving paths, the theoretical model of organizational adoption path for PC technology was determined, and the intrinsic motivation and mechanism of the organization adoption behavior were clarified.

(5) From the industrial life cycle perspective, the key decision-makers in developing the PH market were defined, and the connotation of the multi-agent choice behavior interaction in the PH market was defined. Based on the evolutionary game theory, the theoretical hypothesis of the choice behavior interaction of decision-makers in the PH market is proposed, and a tripartite evolutionary game model of government departments, real estate developers and homebuyers is constructed. Through the analysis of the evolutionary equilibrium point and stability strategy, the formation process of the multi-agent selection decision in the PH market is clarified, the collaborative optimization path of government supervision decision, enterprise adoption decision and homebuyer purchase decision are explored, and the evolution and interaction mechanism of behavior strategies of market agent in the whole life cycle of the PH industry is revealed. Based on theoretical research, the framework of the promotion mechanism of the PH market is put forward, and the action research is used to demonstrate.

This research draws lessons from the existing research, aiming at the situation that the development of PH in China is vigorously promoted by government departments, the industry is developing slowly, and the acceptance of homebuyers is lagging behind, using network analysis method, empirical research method, game theory method, and action research method, this research depicts the network characteristics of multi-agent implementation behavior constraints of PHPs, and clarifies the behavior-driven path of the adoption of PC technology by construction enterprises, and analyzes the evolution process of decision-making behavior of the multi-agent in the PH market. This research solves the key problems of constraint causes, driving paths, and macro evolution of multi-agent choice behavior of PH. The research has contributed to the theoretical iii research of the construction management of PH and provided the implementation basis for the popularization and practice of PH in China.
