Abstract

The strong local nonlinear optical coupling properties of a 5 nm PtO x thin film sandwiched by two Ge2Sb2Te 5 phase-change structures of a new type super-resolution near-field optical disk are investigated and observed by Z-scan experiments. ©2006 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
