Abstract
We report an LNOI vernier cascaded micro-ring filter integrated with both thermo-optic and electro-optic tuning electrodes, featuring a 41-nm thermo-optic tuning range, 6-ns electro-optic response time, and a high sidelobe suppression ratio of 19.2 dB. © Optica Publishing Group 2024, © 2024 The Author(s).
