Abstract
In this talk, we will present our survey results about Hong Kong university students’ learning experiences in remote education during the COVID semesters. Though new to virtual learning, students have adapted well to the COVID enforced online classes and have opted for a hybrid mode of learning even after COVID-19. The talk will analyse students’ perceptions of online education and the different experiences of science and non-science students. We also share our experiences in the use of online games in flipped classroom, and how such an alternative teaching space will help advance university education in the near future.
