Abstract
Professor Wang Jiangyu, Director of the Centre for Chinese and Comparative Law, was invited to speak at the Tsinghua World Forum on the Rule of Law on “Regulation of Entry and International Investment: China’s Business Environment Reform in the Global Context”. He explained the legal and conceptual differences between regulation of entry and foreign investment regime, and offered recommendations on how China can create a friendly environment for both domestic and international business.
