Abstract
国际法与国际关系跨学科研究于 20 世纪 90 年代左右开始在美国兴起，如今相关的学术文献已经有蔚为大观之势。这两个学科的结合不仅仅具有理论和观念上互相激发和丰富的作用，还为分析现实的战争与和平、国际冲突与合作、国际争端解决、外交政策选择等提供了有价值的分析框架。在中国学界，已经有先行者对西方尤其是美国的理论进行过辛勤介绍，但总的来说，从中国自身的视角去理解这两个学科结合的理论与实践意义，这方面的研究仍然有巨大缺口。本栏目汇集五位国际法与国际关系两个领域的研究者，其中既有资深学者，也有青年才俊，对国际法与国际关系如何在中国语境下结合做出一点初步的探讨.
