随着医疗建筑规模的不断扩大,功能区域划分越来越细,建筑能耗一直居高不下,医疗建筑的节能工作与智能化运行管理也日益成为关注的重点,其中医疗建筑的用户(含患者、医护人员、家属等)行为信息成为研究的关键。本文从建筑人行为定义、节能研究和建筑人行为监测模型等方面展开研究综述,并在此基础上探讨建筑人行为研究在医疗建筑设计、节能及其运行管理中的应用。

With the continuous expansion of hospital buildings, their function and space are increasingly divided clearly, as well as their energy consumption increased a lot. Therefore, the energy-saving project and intelligent operation management of hospital buildings have gradually become the focus, among which, users’ behavior (patients, staff, relatives, and etc.) of hospital buildings has become the key in recent researches. This paper reviews the definition of building users’ behavior, occupant-driven energy saving research and behavior monitoring studies. Based the review, this study provides insights on the application of building users’ behavior in hospital building energy conservation, hospital building efficient design and operation management.
