Abstract
理论上,人大选举是中国所有的选举制度中最重要的制度,目前关于人大选举制度并没有明确的改革方向和方案.当越来越多的选民认真对待宪法和法律赋予的选举权和被选举权后,相应的权利会变得真实.许多案例表明,公民个人的自觉践行,有利于基层政治竞选的发展.中国应该循序渐进地发展基层人大选举制度.从基层改革着手的最大好处是只会触及地方党组织的领导方式,而不会影响到执政党的权威.
