Abstract
香港會計業界要持續發展，就要不斷提升國際競爭力，吸納更多精英新血入行至關重要，會計行業從薪金增幅來說極為吸引，學生亦有意願投入這個行業 ，但超強度的工作要求卻令不少有志者躊躇卻步。
