在香港现存的五座灯塔古迹中，横澜岛灯塔是唯一一座由中国（清朝）海关出资兴建的，亦是现时仍在运行、历史最为悠久的灯塔之一。为服务于灯塔的正常运行，岛上拥有一系列配套完全的附属建筑和设施以满足看守者的工作、生活需求。但长期以来，横澜岛灯塔一直被割裂为单体看待和保护，自1989年灯塔自动化后，岛上的附属建筑长期闲置失管，已破败不堪，其作为文化遗产的价值认知尚未得到系统阐释。文章借助建筑图则和文献资料，结合实地调研，在梳理其发展历史的基础上，从建筑形式、生活形态、机器设备、后续应用等方面对横澜岛灯塔建筑群整体作为城市建成遗产的价值要素进行分析，重构其完整的价值属性，并为文化遗产的保育活化提供一种有益的思路。

The lighthouse on Waglan Island is one of the five historic lighthouses in Hong Kong that have been listed as declared monuments. It was constructed by the Chinese Imperial Maritime Customs Service and is one of the oldest lighthouses still in operation. In order to guide navigation services, the island was equipped with a series of ancillary facilities for lighthouse keepers working and living. However, the Waglan Lighthouse has been viewed and preserved as a separate unit for a long time. Since the lighthouse was automated in 1989, its surrounding buildings have been left to crumble through years of neglect, and their perceived value as cultural heritage has not been systematically interpreted. With the aid of architectural drawings, documentary materials, and field studies, this article analyses the value of the Waglan Lighthouse compound as an urban built heritage by focusing on its building form, lifestyle, machinery equipments, and subsequent applications. The article attempts to reconstruct the heritage value of the lighthouse compound and provide reflections on the conservation and revitalisation issues of cultural heritages.
