Abstract
从狭义的法治论的角度来讲，WTO确实是以可见的方式极大的提高了中国的法治。另外一方面，所谓的合规、所谓的遵守国际义务，其实是很难衡量的一件事情。一些案例表明，中国在有些领域是所谓不情愿的遵守，不情愿的遵守就会导致表里不一的现象。而美国西方现在所指责中国违反WTO义务也是站不住脚的，因为WTO并没有现成的规定。
