Abstract
本文着重讨论媒体发展态势与新闻传播教育改革的关系,并且阐释了为何新闻传播教育改革需要吸收传播学研究发现,并认识新媒体及其发展带来的启示。媒体发展态势分析显示,媒体发展是传承与创新结合的过程。有关新媒体采用影响因素的研究揭示,技术因素的影响作用减弱,逐渐让位于非技术因素。新闻传播教育需要平衡人才培养的长短期目标,除了信息传播的基本技能,尤其要注重人文与科学素养的培养,帮助学生获得开展信息传播的长效技能。
This article discusses the relationship between the state of media development and journalism and communication education reform. It further explains the findings of the studies of adoption and use of media innovations and their implications for journalism and communication education reform. The analysis of the state of media development shows that media development is a process of evolution with inheritance and innovation. The studies of the influencing factors of new media adoption found that the technological factors and non-technological factors reversed in their effects on adoption of new media. Journalism and communication education needs balance in their professional training with long and short-term goals. In addition to the basic professional skills for communication, the journalism and communication schools should provide students with adequate education in humanity and social sciences, and equip students with the knowledge and professional skills that will benefit them for a long time.
