Abstract
In this work, a three-layer platform consisted of the gratings, porous membrane, and trenches below was developed to mimic the in-vivo microenvironment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. The topography of porous membrane and trench depth were systematically varied and the cell traversing behavior through the porous membrane was investigated.
