The Tin Ka Ping P.A.T.H.S. Project is a positive youth development program which is designed to promote holistic development in high school students in China. In 2014-15 academic year, four workshops were conducted to familiarize teachers and principals with the program. The first training workshop was conducted in Shanghai in October 2014. After completion of the program, 121 participants were invited to respond to a subjective outcome evaluation form. Results showed that the participants had positive views about the program, instructors, benefits, self-performance and administrative arrangements. While perceived program quality, instructor quality and benefits predicted overall satisfaction, perceived program quality, instructor quality and self-performance predicted perceived benefits of the program.
