Business leaders, seasoned managers and expert researchers in Sri Lanka and Hong Kong robustly discussed and brought with them diverse experiences from the sectors of port management, infrastructure construction, telecommunications and retailing. About 200 participants joined the workshop online. This working paper is a summary of the insight sharing and panel discussion in the workshop.
