Abstract

The optimal adaptive multi-threshold (OpAMT) call admission control (CAC) scheme for multiple service networks has been developed. Analysis reveals that the threshold should be applied to low priority services instead of traditional high priority services. This investigation shows that the adaptive threshold helps to improve the network performance by 43. © 2010 The Institution of Engineering and Technology.
