Abstract

In this paper, we report an silicon-organic hybrid (SOH) electro-optical (EO) Mach-Zehnder modulator based on 70 nm thick silicon nanomembrane. The frequency response extends beyond 33 GHz without degradation. © 2024 IEEE.
