Abstract

We theoretically study the enhancement of perovskite quantum dots nonlinear photoluminescence by resonant silicon nanoparticles. Using both numerical and analytical approaches, a multifold emission efficiency enhancement in CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals is predicted. Namely, we reveal the enhancement of total Purcell Factor at emission wavelength by 10 times and averaged near-field enhancement at pump wavelength by 1.5 times. Our findings can be useful for up-conversion infrared light viewers and for bioimaging.
