Abstract

Theoretical Architectures is featured in the "2nd International Exhibition on Music Video and Sound Art", at the Czong Institute for Contemporary Art in Gyeonggi-do, Korea. Theoretical Architectures is a video created, with Josh Gibson, for the recording Minor Distance (Cotton Goods Records), a collaboration between Daniel Howe and Bill Seaman. The recordings began with Howe's improvised guitar recordings, played live-to-tape through his bespoke probabilistic sampler software (Pataclysm), and Seaman's simple piano loops.
