Abstract

As technology has been blended into different aspects of our lives, the education aspect is obviously one of them. e-learning is no longer a rare technology in the learning environment. With the increasing popularity of e-learning, the way of education Hong Kong has also been influenced over the past years. Although the primary and secondary education may not seem to be influenced greatly by the technology advance yet, the tertiary education has already adopted e-learning. Therefore, this research concentrates on one university in Hong Kong. This research aims to identify the Canvas’s important dimensions which affect the satisfaction of learners it. We conducted a survey to identify the thirteen variables influencing the student’s perceived satisfaction. The results can show the factors that actually influence that satisfaction toward canvas system, therefore also show that how the institution could improve the canvas system. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2023.
