Research output: Creative and Literary Works in Non - textual FormRGC 44 - Performance and participation in exhibits

Abstract

The Architecture of Association is a software architecture and series of interactive installations exploring mechanisms of associative thought. Drawing on research from a range of disciplines (psychology, linguistics, cognitive and computer science, etc.) the software explores large multi-media databases to 'discover' unexpected linkages between disparate items. Various instantiations of the project have been featured at numerous international art venues, galleries, and museums.
