The Application of HRBP Mode in the Digital Transformation of Construction Enterprises

With the digital transformation of construction enterprises, the concept of traditional human resource management needs to be improved urgently. In recent years, HRBP mode has been accepted by many trans-regional management enterprises. Therefore, this paper introduces HRBP mode to solve the problems existing in the matrix management system of traditional human resources in construction enterprises. Firstly, based on the perspective of organizational effectiveness, we determine the key capability indicators affecting construction enterprises' transformation and construct an evaluation system of the digital transformation from the dimensions of digital management, technological change, and organizational change. Secondly, by analyzing the management status of construction enterprises, the platform-based organization management mode of HRBP is introduced to build a platform organization system with high adaptability. Finally, we propose to optimize the system from the aspects of organization layout, management and control mode, and function setting, in order to ensure the strategic compatibility and adaptability of HRBP mode, and to provide references for the transformation of construction enterprise management. © ASCE.
