Abstract
In this paper, the absorbing boundary conditions in generalized FD-TD method was carefully derived in terms of the one-way wave equation. In order to validate the algorithm, application the results into the cylindrical coordinates, and obtaining the absorbing boundary conditions in cylinder FD-TD method. Finally, taking the cylindrical FDTD method as an example, analysis and simulation the absorbing characteristic. The result shows that its absorbing characteristic is stability and efficiently.
