Temperature dependence of enhanced optical absorption and Raman spectroscopy from metallic nanoparticles

Research output: Chapters, Conference Papers, Creative and Literary Works › RGC 32 - Refereed conference paper (with host publication) › peer-review

Abstract

The temperature dependence of the optical/spectroscopic properties of metallic nanoparticles (in particular nanoshells) including absorption, scattering, and enhanced-Raman scattering for admolecules is studied via theoretical modeling. We focus on both the high frequency and low frequency plasmon resonance modes of the nanoshells. © 2009 IEEE.
