Abstract

Single-crystalline anatase nanorods and nanoflakes were grown on transparent conducting fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrates through hydrolysis of titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) followed by heating to 450 °C. © 2012 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
