Abstract

A form of nanostructure bicrystal nanoribbons was reported. The preparation of Zinc sulfide (ZnS) bicrystal nanoribbons by thermal evaporation of a powder mixture of ZnS and SiO was also discussed. It was observed that the growth of the ZnS bicrystal nanoribbons involve a combination of oxide-assisted and vapor-liquid-solid processes.
