Abstract

The APRCA (Adaptive Proportional Rate Control Algorithm) and APRCA2 are explicit rate based congestion control algorithm which indicates congestion by the change of queue length. Some researchers have concluded they have better performance than EPRCA. But in this paper, we show that these protocols are unstable in some conditions.
