Abstract
We have collected 800 in vivo reflectance and fluorescence spectra from the oral cavity of 82 healthy volunteers. We show that spectroscopy can characterize normal anatomical variation by providing parameters that reflect tissue physical properties. ©2008 Optical Society of America.
