Abstract

The full-wave spectral Green's function for a thin, circular, magnetic-current loop radiating slightly above the shorted aperture of a microstrip via hole is given. The expression for the electric potential (in the spectral domain) due to the magnetic-current loop is then derived for both the full-wave and electrostatic cases.
