Software reliability models-a selected annotated bibliography

Many articles on software reliability models have been published in the last two decades. Because of the importance of this area and increasing interest in it, this annotated bibliography of 100 selected publications has been prepared. First, books, edited works and review papers of general interest are summarized and this is followed by separate introductions to various types of models.
