Abstract
We report herein a new site-specific microarray immobilization method based on a biocompatible reaction between terminal cysteine and 2-cyanobenzothiazole (CBT). This immobilization strategy has been successfully applied to anchor small molecules, peptides and proteins onto microarrays. © 2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
