Si/poly-CuTAPC coaxial core-shell nanowire array as enhanced visible-light photocatalyst for hydrogen production

Research output: Journal Publications and ReviewsRGC 21 - Publication in refereed journalpeer-review

Abstract

A controllable method for coating a dense layer of poly-CuTAPc polymer on the surface of silicon nanowire array was reported and it is shown that the coating of poly-CuTAPc can effectively enhance both the photocatalytic hydrogen generation efficiency and the operation stability. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2012.
