Abstract
An on-chip asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometer (AMZI) with nanoporous ZIF-8 for ethanol vapor detection has been proposed. We demonstrated the sensitivity of AMZI sensor can reach as high as 19 pm/ppm.
