Abstract

Single crystals of a covalent organic polymer (CityU-69) with dual photosensitive motifs were prepared via B ← N bonds. Single crystal X-ray diffraction (SCXRD) analysis showed that CityU-69 has a zig-zag chain-like configuration. CityU-69 displays excellent photocatalytic activity for dye degradation, benefiting from fast charge transfer and synergistic effects between the two motifs. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2026.
