Abstract
Globalization and fast technology advancement in many of today’s industries means that it is necessary for an organization to always look for ways to improve to survive. Adaptability or ability to change is a must in the workplace, and therefore, one must rid himself/herself of the old "change-averse" mindset and practice. A learning organization (LO) by definition, embraces change and constantly develops and prepares itself to meet the challenges of the future. This paper describes an experience of a company in Southern China on its journey to LO since 2002.
