Abstract
Risk evaluation of electronic government is one of the important steps of risk management. The method is a key to the risk evaluation of electronic government. This paper first analyzed risks among electronic government construction. Then based on the AHP and Fuzzy Logic method, it evaluated risks in Hangzhou during its electronic government. At last the author pointed out the level of the city and got the conclusion. ©2010 IEEE.
