Abstract

Along with more and more extensive application in architecture, the generative design method has a great potential for development. Based on the original architecture model, it takes programming and algorithms as the core, and it is a combination of modern architecture theory and computer science method. In this paper, a method to construct the self-assembly by generating design is discussed. Genetic algorithm, Environment Oi, Dijkstra, etc., are used to study the problem of residential layout, road generation and design, which can be used as a reference for modern settlement planning.
