Abstract
This paper provides an exploration of tuning the reflection efficiency of the metasurface in terahertz range. The dual-loop element is taken as an example, in which the metal conductivity and surface roughness are modelled to fit the measured results of the fabrication metasurface prototype at ∼0.75THz. Some critical conclusions can be drawn from this research in terms of the fabrication precision and the influences of metasurface efficiency.
