Abstract
The nonlinear dynamics of a semiconductor laser is proposed for radio-over-fiber (RoF) uplink transmission. Through double-locking from both optical injection and current modulation, application at frequencies above the relaxation oscillation frequency is investigated. © 2009 IEEE.
