    Abstract

This study is concerned with the problem of quantised H∞ control for sampled Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems. Signal quantisation and sampled data are simultaneously considered. Quantised H∞ controller is designed to guarantee the asymptotic stability of the non-linear system by state feedback and observer-based feedback, respectively. To illustrate the effectiveness of the results, some numerical examples are included. © 2012 The Institution of Engineering and Technology.
