Abstract
At present, the manufacturing industry's energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of industrial energy consumption. Most of the research is on the manufacturing industry's energy consumption from the aspects of systems and equipment. However, people are an important factor affecting the manufacturing industry's energy consumption, and people's behaviour can be transmitted through the relationship network. Aiming at the energy-saving and consumption-reducing behaviour in manufacturing design and manufacturing process, a simulation algorithm of personnel energy-saving decision-making considering adjacency relation is proposed. The algorithm considers the influencing factors of people's behaviour decision. Based on adjacency relation, the energy consumption model of a random adjacency network is established. The adjacency network propagation of energy-saving behaviour is studied and verified by actual data. The suggestions of energy saving and consumption reduction considering the adjacency relationship are obtained, which is beneficial to reduce the manufacturing industry's energy consumption.
