Abstract
BOT（即建造-營運-移交）在香港公共服務領域的應用有悠久的歷史。文章對BOT在香港隧道項目的具體應用進行分析，指出這些項目存在的問題，以期對內地交通運輸事業的發展提供經驗借鑒。
The application of BOT (Build - Operate - Transfer) system has a long history in the area of Hong Kong public service. This paper analyzes the practical implementation of BOT in Hong Kong tunnel projects and pinpoints problems associated with these projects. The experiences of Hong Kong can provide some reference for the development of transportation industry in Mainland China.
