Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between organizational culture, leadership behaviors, influence strategies, and organizational commitment. The statistical results (n=125) show that organizational culture values (team, detail, and innovation) predict most leadership styles (task, supportive, reward, participative, and change) but only predict particular influence strategy, with team and innovation orientation values positively correlating with persuasive strategy and detail orientation culture negatively relating to assertive strategy.
