健康乡村建设是实施健康中国与乡村振兴战略的必经之路。健康乡村建设的逻辑在于以健康为中心的价值取向、农村健康体系的制度性重建, 以及城乡健康资源的一体化配置要求。我国健康乡村建设的核心任务包括乡村健康环境体系建设、乡村健康政策体系建设、乡村卫生服务供给体系建设、乡村医疗保障体系建设, 以及乡村健康行为与观念体系建设。实现高质量健康乡村建设, 必须以提升健康满意度为核心指标, 持续改善乡村健康环境, 提高农村居民自我健康管理水平, 推进健康治理体系联动创新。
