Abstract
The analytic hierarchy model was established to analyze the main problem existing in industrial structure, and then according to the basic national conditions of China, which is serious environmental pollution, high energy consumption and low cost, we found out the solution according with the Construction of China's 11th five-year plan. We also researched particularly the mechanism of path selection and optimal of regional industrial structure under the control of environment, we found that the Adjustment of Regional Industrial Structure and Selection of Optimal Path needed to accord their needs and technical support in the regions, combining the Structure and problems of local industrial structure to make adjustment programs. Last, according to the adjustment programs, we established the optimal adjustment path, it helped to protect the local environment and promote economic growth.
