Abstract

本文提出了三种介质加载的弯曲探针(M-probe)馈电的宽带微带贴片天线.这三种天线分别是(1)弯曲探针馈电的线极化微带天线;(2)弯曲探针馈电的圆极化微带天线;(3)三维弯曲探针(3D Mprobe)馈电的圆极化微带天线.本文的工作是采用PCB印刷技术和金属化过孔技术在介质中实现弯曲探针馈电,这种方法比在空气加载的、以铜片做成的弯曲探针的馈电方式更加适合于精确加工以及阵列天线的应用.仿真结果显示,第一种介质加载的线极化天线阻抗带宽(反射系数≤-10dB)达到34.9%的,最大增益为8.2dBi,天线的交叉极化水平在阻抗带宽范围内小于-25dB.第二种弯曲探针馈电的圆极化微带天线阻抗带宽为49%,3dB轴比带宽为8.64%,最大增益为7.3dBic.第三种3D弯曲探针馈电的圆极化微带天线阻抗带宽为14%,3dB轴比带宽为13.8%,最高增益为7.2dBic.分析表明介质加载的弯曲探针馈电不仅可以降低线极化微带天线的交叉极化,还可以展宽天线带宽和扩展圆极化天线的轴比带宽.
