Abstract
Around 230 people joined Phoebe Man’s socially-engaged art “Free Coloring If I Were” (2018) responding to the #MeToo Movement. Imagine with empathy if they were a victim, a perpetrator and a bystander. Phoebe Man organized, animated and transformed most of the coloring pages of the audience to make the animation "Post #MeToo". It is selected to be shown in North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival at the Plains Art Museum.
