Abstract

We demonstrate notch filters in polymer fiber Bragg gratings for use at THz frequencies. The filters were created by introducing a π/2-phase shift into narrowband Bragg gratings manufactured in Topas polymer subwavelength fiber. Experimental results are presented and compared with a model of the filter. © 2012 IEEE.
