Abstract
In this paper, I propose a theoretical framework of political interpretation of new media art and interaction. Starting from the idea that there is not, and cannot be, neither methodology nor praxis ideologically uncontaminated, I discuss the role of new media art in general, and interactive art in particular, analysing its ability of bringing into being 'new modes of thought'.
